💼 Position: Lead School Psychologist
💰 Compensation: $43.23 - $47.29/hr*

*Compensation is based on relevant experience, credentials, education level, and bilingual skills (if used in 50% or more of the role).

🎯 What You’ll Do:

  • Mentor and supervise assigned school psychologists

  • Lead onboarding for new team members

  • Conduct comprehensive virtual special education evaluations

  • Write high-quality, compliant psychoeducational reports

  • Collaborate remotely with families, teachers, and school staff to support student success

  • Support and advise on MTSS (Multi-Tiered Systems of Support) frameworks

  • Ensure evaluation procedures and timelines are followed

  • Foster a collaborative, student-centered team culture


📌 What You Bring:

  • Master's degree in School Psychology

  • Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite)
  • Valid School Psychology License (Ohio preferred, others welcome)

  • 3+ years of direct experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge of special education evaluation and MTSS

  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and organizational skills

  • Familiarity with special education compliance and timelines

  • Commitment to equity and inclusive practices
