💰 Compensation: $43.23 - $47.29/hr*
*Compensation is based on relevant experience, credentials, education level, and bilingual skills (if used in 50% or more of the role).

🎯 What You’ll Do:
Mentor and supervise assigned school psychologists
Lead onboarding for new team members
Conduct comprehensive virtual special education evaluations
Write high-quality, compliant psychoeducational reports
Collaborate remotely with families, teachers, and school staff to support student success
Support and advise on MTSS (Multi-Tiered Systems of Support) frameworks
Ensure evaluation procedures and timelines are followed
Foster a collaborative, student-centered team culture
📌 What You Bring:
Master's degree in School Psychology
- Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite)
Valid School Psychology License (Ohio preferred, others welcome)
3+ years of direct experience
Demonstrated knowledge of special education evaluation and MTSS
Strong leadership, mentoring, and organizational skills
Familiarity with special education compliance and timelines
Commitment to equity and inclusive practices
