A Little About TES Academy
TES Academy is a non-public charter school serving students ages 3-21. Many public districts in northeast Ohio contract with us to assist in educating their students who require more intensive instruction. Our classroom sizes are small and teacher/student ratios are low, enabling students to receive the personal attention they need and deserve. BCBAs/BCaBAs within the Academy serve as a resource for teachers, assistants, and therapists and are responsible for collaborating with various disciplines in developing behavioral interventions.

💰 $24.40 - $30.43/hr*
*Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).

🎯 Expectations:
- Provide one-to-one support to the client, parents, and staff
- Be responsible for developing behavioral strategies and creating a behavior plan to best meet each student's needs
-Train, supervise, and mentor your classroom teams by using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Maintain detailed and accurate records, including strategies, techniques, and modification changes to behavior plans
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid BCBA or BCaBA certificate
- Must clear a current background check through the BCI/FBI
- A current TB Test (within the last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation and hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work (25/50k liability coverage)
