💼 Maintenance Technician
💰 $18.41 - $20.38/hr*
*Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).

🎯 Expectations:

Replace lamps and lights as needed.
Change or clean air filters for HVAC units regularly.
Assist with setting up tables and chairs for special events.
Perform patching and painting of walls as required.
Handle minor plumbing tasks such as changing faucets, toilets, and clearing clogged lines.
Maintain outdoor areas by mowing lawns and trimming bushes and hedges.
Receive, deliver, and distribute supplies across multiple locations efficiently.

Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in general maintenance, custodial, and/or landscape services
Proficiency using janitorial equipment
Proficiency in the use of modern office technology, equipment, and procedures including Microsoft Office, Adobe, basic email, internet, and be able to learn and adapt to new systems and software
Auto Insurance (minimum of 25/50k liability coverage)
Clear TB test
Clear Background Check through DOJ/FBI
