About TES Academy
TES Academy is a non-public charter school serving students ages 3-21.  Many public districts in Ohio contract with us to assist in educating their students who require more intensive instruction. Our classroom sizes are small and teacher/student ratios are low, enabling students to receive the personal attention they need and deserve.

About the Role 👩‍🏫👨‍🏫

As a Teacher Assistant, you will support our therapeutic learning program, providing academic and behavioral support to students.

In this role, you will:

• 📚 Assist with small group instruction and academic support
• 🤝 Support student behavior and transitions under the direction of the Teacher/Intervention Specialist
• 🌟 Help create a structured, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

$18.20 – $24.76/hr*
*Pay is based on experience, education, certifications, and bilingual skills (if used regularly in the role).

✅Minimum Qualifications

• 🎓 High School Diploma
• 🔍 Ability to pass FBI and DOJ background checks
• 🩺 Current TB test (within the last 6 months)
• 🚗 Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance (minimum 25/50k liability coverage)
