💼 Behavior Technician
💰 $16.50 to $22/hr
*Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).
Not registered as a Behavior Tech? Don't worry, we provide supervision for those working towards their BCBA certification. Newly hired Behavior Techs will receive a pay increase upon the successful completion of the required Behavior Technician coursework and exam (usually within the first 90 days of employment).

🎯 Expectations:
- Turn goals into games and skills into superpowers Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help children thrive
- Cheer on progress, comfort through challenges, and high-five every win
- Learn specialized behavior approaches and implement behavioral strategies under the guidance of a Case Supervisor
- Help to improve students' communication skills, social skills, play skills, motor skills, self-help skills, school readiness skills, and self-management skills
- Maintain accurate records through daily documentation of student progress and adherence to prescribed behavior plan
- Work collaboratively with the client’s parent, teacher, and other allied specialists to implement positive interventions
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Willingness to take the RBT course and exam
- Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite)
- Auto Insurance (minimum of 25/50k liability coverage)and have the ability to travel to multiple locations
- must clear IChat
