💼 Lead Occupational Therapist
💰 $102,470.96 - $109,086.93
*Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, type of credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).

🎯 Expectations
- Provide Pediatric Occupational therapy and communicate ongoing client progress to parents/guardians, general education teachers, school administration, district personnel, and other service professionals via progress reporting and IEPs
- Supervise assigned OT and OTA Team members
- Plan monthly trainings and conduct new employee orientation (as needed)
- Collaborate with fellow leads and coordinators/supervisors
- Review provider assessment reports and provide feedback
- Help grow and develop an amazing occupational therapy department
Minimum Requirements:
- License in California as an Occupational Therapist
- At least 5 years' experience providing Pediatric OT services
- Hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work (at least 25/50k liability coverage)
- Must clear a current background check through the FBI and DOJ
- A current TB Test (within the last 6 months)
