We are actively seeking a Full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst for our Fairlawn, Ohio clinic. You will work closely with our students/clients, staff, behaviorists, and parents to enhance student/client success and attain desired outcomes in our clinic and school settings.

💰 Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).

🎯 Expectations:
- provide one-to-one support to the client, parents, and behaviorists in a school, clinic, and/or home setting.
- be responsible for developing behavioral strategies and creating a behavior plan to best meet the needs of each client.
- train, supervise, and mentor your team of behaviorists by using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- maintain detailed and accurate records, including strategies, techniques, and modification changes to behavior plans.
Minimum Requirements:
- Masters degree in Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
- A valid BCBA certificate
- Must clear a current background check through the BCI/FBI
- A current TB Test (within the last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation and hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work (25/50k liability coverage)
