As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) at TES Therapy, every day brings meaningful work and variety. Your mornings might begin at a local school, where you help students improve fine motor skills, self-regulation, and access to learning tools. In the afternoon, you could be in the home of a toddler, guiding parents through playful routines that build sensory and developmental skills. Whether you're on a school campus or on the floor during an early intervention session, you're part of a collaborative team helping children meet milestones and thrive.
We’re looking for a full-time COTA to join our team in Tulare, CA, with services also provided in nearby cities and towns. This position begins at 31 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing as your caseload grows.

💰 $33 - $41.30/hr*
*Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).

🎯 What you will do:
- Deliver therapy under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Support children from infancy through high school with developmental, sensory, and motor needs
- Document and track progress, contributing to IEPs and IFSPs
- Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams
- Adapt strategies to meet diverse needs across settings
Minimum Requirements:
- Current COTA License in California
- Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite)
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (min. 25/50k liability coverage)
- TB test within the last 6 months
- Clearance of background checks (FBI and DOJ)
