This remote role includes IEP preparation, participation in IEP meetings, COTA supervision and mentorship, and coordination with fellow OTs to ensure consistent meeting coverage and exceptional student-centered services. 💼 Occupational Therapist (Remote)
💰 $47.50 - $53.47/hr*
*Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, type of credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).

🎯 Expectations:
- Prepare, review, and finalize occupational therapy sections of IEPs, assessment reports, and related special education documentation in compliance with California and IDEA requirements.
- Attend and actively participate in virtual IEP meetings, collaborating with families, district staff, and multidisciplinary team members to support student-centered outcomes.
- Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and mentorship to COTAs, ensuring services are implemented effectively and in accordance with applicable regulations and professional standards.
- Coordinate with a team of Occupational Therapists to ensure timely coverage of IEP meetings, assessments, and consultation needs across assigned districts.
- Maintain organized schedules, caseload documentation, and communication systems to support efficient service delivery and successful team collaboration.
- Consult with school personnel, caregivers, and service providers to develop practical strategies that support student participation, access, and progress within educational environments.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture by sharing expertise, supporting colleagues, and helping maintain high-quality occupational therapy services.
Minimum Requirements:
- License / Certification from the state of California in Occupational Therapy
- Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite)
- Hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work (at least 25/50k liability coverage)
- Must clear a current background check through the FBI and DOJ
- A current TB Test
