You will lead all school psychologists in Ohio - guiding them while fostering collaboration with schools and ensuring that students receive the highest quality support to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
💼 Position: School Psychologist Coordinator (Hybrid)
💰 Pay: $43.50 – $48.29/hr*
*Rate based on experience, credentialing, education, and bilingual proficiency (if used 50%+ of the time)

🎯 What You’ll Do:
- Ensures that service providers maintain appropriate utilization levels and accurately complete required procedural, tracking, billing, and timesheet documents in a timely manner.
- Monitor and supervise School Psychologist as assigned.
- Onboarding of new team members.
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams and families (as needed)
- Follow TES protocols and maintain compliance with all evaluation procedures
📌 What You Bring:
- Master's degree in School Psychology or Clinical Psychology
- Valid Ohio School Psychology License
- Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite)
- Experience in cognitive, academic, and behavioral assessment tools
- Strong report-writing and communication skills
- Proficiency in conducting virtual meetings and consultations
- A commitment to student-centered, equitable practices

Hybrid position that includes working from home AND in a clinic or school environment
Must be comfortable engaging with diverse student populations
Occasional flexibility may be required for coordination with school schedules or time zones
