💼 Position Details:
📘 Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
💰 $6,760 – $7,553.91/month*
📗 Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
💰 $24.50 – $30.43/hour*
*Salary is based on experience, credentials, education, and language skills used in the role (50%+ bilingual application).

Students range in age from 3 to 21 and have various academic and functional skill levels. 🎯 What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students
- Provide guidance to staff and families
- Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Write IEP goals and objectives
- Implement and oversee crisis plans including, de-escalation, restraints and seclusion
- Maintain clear documentation and track student progress
- Mentor, train and collaborate with classroom staff in behavioral interventions
- Support families and staff with evidence-based strategies
✅ What You’ll Need:
- Valid BCBA or BCaBA licensure
- Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite)
- Current TB test (within the last 12 months)
- Must pass BCI/FBI background check
- Reliable transportation and appropriate auto insurance (25/50k coverage)
- Must be able to physically intervene, when necessary
