💼 Position Details

Role: Pre-RBT / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Schedule: Full-time & Part-time opportunities available
Pay Range: $19.50 – $26.13/hour
Compensation is based on experience, education, certifications, and bilingual skills (if used regularly in the role).

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 support to clients in home, school, and community settings
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Use ABA strategies to support skill development in:
  • Communication
  • Social interaction
  • Play and daily living skills
• Track progress and maintain accurate daily documentation
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families

✅ Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Willingness to complete RBT training and certification (if not already certified)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and required auto insurance (25/50k minimum)
• Ability to travel between client locations
• Must pass DOJ/FBI background clearance
• Negative TB test within the past 12 months
